| Adoption Application |
| 1. |
Our adoptions are not first-come, first-served. Adoptions are based on what is best for the individual animal. Adoptions are $150.00 for dogs over 7 months and $175.00 for puppies 7 months and under, which includes all vaccinations, spay/neuter as required, and microchipping. |

We do vet checks, reference checks, and home checks as well as background checks for pit bulls and pit mixes. |
| 3. |
We do not have our own facility and must rely on a few fosters to keep the rescued animals until we can get them adopted. |
| 4. |
Our animals are inside family members and are not to be left alone outside. |
| 5. |
We try very hard to have the animals socialized so they can become loving family members. |
| 6. |
Many of our animals have been abandoned, abused, etc. and must have families that will be patient and give the animal time to adjust. |
| 7. |
Any animal that does not work out for whatever reason must be returned to a member of Rainbow Animal Rescue, Inc. They cannot be turned over to Animal Control, SPCA, etc. |

If you want to complete an application, click on the Adoption Application link, save the file to your desktop, complete it, save it again, and send it to rainbowanimalrescue@cox.net as an e-mail attachment. |

Please NO shock collars, invisable fences, prong collars, choke chains, and doggy doors. |
| 10. |
Dogs cannot be left unattended in the yard. |
